You will coordinate and manage the inventories of chemicals, aids, additives and critical consumables to ensure safe and reliable operations. Collaboration is the key, and we believe in flexible, smart ways of working.More about the jobYour role in our teamResponsible to control and manage inventory of chemicals, aids, additives and critical consumables in Operations * Responsible for managing of inventory of chemicals (bleaching earth, citric acid, caustic etc.)

  • Responsible for managing of operations aids (e.g. LOTO devices, Draeger tube etc.)
  • Responsible for managing of operations additives and critical consumables (e.g. bolts, nuts, gaskets)
  • Responsible for inventory management for Operations consumables
  • Responsible for the raising and creation of Purchase Request (PR) and other procurement related activities for the management of the inventory of Operations in close cooperation with Procurement/ Finance
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting consumable costs for Operations
  • Responsible for maintaining and update of the list of chemicals used in Operations, including ensuring the SDS is up to date
  • Responsible for the introduction of new chemicals utilised in Operations
  • Supports shift for E-tracking of in/ outgoing waste transports
  • Coordination and communication with third party suppliers and vendors in relation to safety related service, equipment and operational critical equipment/ consumables
Keys to success in this role
  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology with minimum 3-5 years of petrochemical or oil refinery experiences.
