Job Description

To supervise, execute and monitor the activities within an assigned work area / system to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utilities and facilities so as to achieve target production levels / operating cost within the framework of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environment protection. Support Jurong Sustainability Projects or other NCE Projects as User Representative / Process Engineer or to provide relevant information to deliver the projects.

Responsibilities

For steam system, to plan for Statutory Inspection and to review that the activities in log sheets are carried out. Review and upversion the log sheets and procedures whenever necessary or dictated by site or MOM requirement.

To prepare documents relating to Solvent Recovery, Local Operating Instructions (LOI), Local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training manual to ensure that updated documents exist to support the activities of the operations department, schedule plan orders, and materials assignment.

To have the knowledge of using GSK Standards such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the daily troubleshooting / Tier Performance Review activities.

Aware and practice GSK Expectations.
