Job Responsibilities:
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform calibration following SOPs.
- Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality control procedures.
- Adhere to laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure laboratory output meets high-quality standards.
- Provide training and support to new hires as a buddy.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Actively participate in special projects.
- Have the authority to stop laboratory equipment if the process becomes unstable or compromises safety.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance equipment uptime and quality.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction, improved quality, and increased laboratory productivity.
- Ensure on-time measurements and calibrations.
- Possess a diploma in Chemical Process (with an option in Industrial Chemistry), Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a laboratory or engineering role in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is preferred.
- Willingness to support overtime or work in shifts as assigned
Working Hours 12hours shift (8am--8pm, 8pm-8am)
Salary From S$2,500.00 to S$3,000.00
