Job Description
- Location : Tuas
- Working hours: Shift (8am - 8pm; 8pm - 8am)
- Salary Package: Starting salary per month depending on experience, AWS with VB, Quarterly Bonus and Permanent Benefits and Transport Allowance
- Entitled to overtime/shift allowances
Responsibilities
- Study and review the equipment and Design treatment processes in wastewatertreatment plants. Be responsible for the water quality compliance for individual WWTP plant.
- Assist in maintaining proper maintenance and safety integrity of plant. Ensuring all equipment is in working condition with minimum downtime and regular servicing is carried out
- Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date
- Work closely with PSM team and lab department on waste flow and waste treatment method
- Assist in promoting WSH activities to operator(s).
- Assist in optimization of operation treatment, manpower allocation as well as continuous improvement on WWTP operation
- Ensure the treated wastewater compliance with sewer discharge limit.
- Adhere to all safety requirements within the plant, such as safe work practices, SOP.
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of a task
- Min 2 years of experience related to water treatment plant
