Shipyard and plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipment. Collect and analyse samples for product quality and process evaluation. Carry out scheduled housekeeping activities. Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes. Report all process/equipment/environmental abnormalities, incidents and/or near misses to Shift Superintendent/Engineer/Production Manager. Take part in further investigation when required. Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections. Improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality. Adhere to Company and departmental procedures, SHEQ rules and regulations, and GMP (good manufacturing practices) at all times. Participate as CERT (company emergency response team) member. Requirements Bachelor Degree Chemical Engineering Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experiences in chemical manufacturing plant/shipyards. Possesses basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures. An effective team player with good communication skills. Must be able to work on 12-hours rotating shift in Jurong Island/Shipyard. Remuneration and job title will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
