Role Descriptions

As a chemist, you will be responsible for:

supporting and participating in various laboratory functions, such as testing, quality control, etc. preparing and standardising chemical solution maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments providing clear and timely communication on technical matters and operation issues to manager drafting, reviewing and maintaining operating procedures for laboratory equipment and processes ensuring that all testing are conducted in accordance with the company and customer requirements ensuring proper disposal of waste in accordance with the company procedures maintaining good housekeeping practices and general cleanliness of the laboratory performing other tasks as and when required by management.

Qualification and Experience

At least Diploma in Chemistry or related field No working experience required

Basic Requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy in work Able to work independently as well as in teamwork Able to follow the standard operating procedures diligently Self-motivated

Advanced Requirements

Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques (APHA / EPA Method) Knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements Good documentation practices

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
