Roles & Responsibilities

Analytical Laboratory:

Process control (Eg. Production parameter control) Quality control (Eg. Finished goods periodical testing) Familiar with the operations/technique of analytical instruments R&D of new processes on a lab-scale Maintain and control of laboratory analytical and testing records

Process:

Perform First-Article testing for new customers or parts, prior to mass production Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Lead investigations for recovery action on any non-conformity Control of chemical logistics for entirety of production

Waste-water treatment plant (WTP):

Manage and maintain WTP at optimum system performance for treatment of chemical waste Troubleshoot WTP system issues when waste discharge is non-compliant to Trade Effluent standards All other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Min Academic Requirement:

* Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry related
