Responsibilities:


Lead, train, and inspire the Concierge team to deliver world-class guest service. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain productivity and morale. Planning of VIP arrivals, limousine movements, and daily lobby operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Manage limousine bookings, scheduling, and billing, while driving revenue efficiency. Monitor and uphold LQA and brand service standards, conducting audits and performance coaching. Handle and resolve guest inquiries or feedback with professionalism and care. Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs. Ensure compliance with safety, grooming, and hotel operational standards. Represent the property as an active member of Les Clefs d'Or Singapore.
Requirements:


Member of Les Clefs d'Or. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel concierge role. Strong knowledge of Opera systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Hands-on leader with initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
