Job Description
- Plan, execute and control all engineering works in the hotel.
- Responsible for the efficient maintenance of the Hotel\'s building and equipment.
- Conduct feasibility study and implement specific building/engineering projects.
- Maintain the Hotel\'s building, fixtures, plant and equipment in excellent and working conditions.
- Prepare manual budget for maintenance expenditure and energy costs of the Hotel for approval.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance, renovation projects and system improvement projects.
- Maintain regular checks and ensure smooth operation of all engineering systems in the Hotel at all times.
- Renew all licenses relation to the engineering systems in the Hotel.
- Implement energy conservation measures and conduct energy audits to account for variances in energy consumption in the Hotel.
- Develop and implement training programs and continuous training for the Engineering staff.
- Take personal charge of any major equipment breakdowns and emergency situations in the Hotel.
- Be fully familiar of the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel.

- Perform other duties as directed by the Hotel Manager.
Knowledge and skills Sound knowledge in building services, engineering systems and maintenance in the Hotel. Analytical with good communication and trouble shooting skills.
Education, training qualifications Engineering Degree or Diploma graduate.
Experience Minimum 3 years in similar position.
Personality Independent, hardworking and honest.
Physical requirements Fit and healthy
