Position summary statement: To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s machinery, equipment, building, fixtures and facilities, planning of the preventive maintenance ,monitoring day to day operation and to ensure building is compliances with the local authority. Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To ensure all plants operation and maintenance is in smooth operational condition \xc2\xb7 Designate jobs/assignments to Shift leader and Technicians during morning briefing \xc2\xb7 Supervise and train shift leaders / technicians for their best productivity \xc2\xb7 Response complaint on-site after office hour \xc2\xb7 Basic report writing to contractor, vendor, prepare PR & Capex memo via SAP system \xc2\xb7 Prepare and compute electricity bill consumption for hotel, spa, and ballroom for monthly submission \xc2\xb7 Property site walk and follow-up comment \xc2\xb7 Minor project co-ordination and management \xc2\xb7 Project defect management \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate energy conservation initiative project \xc2\xb7 Review M&E / building as-built drawings and sketch the drawing if require \xc2\xb7 Conduct training if require \xc2\xb7 Plan and schedule maintenance programs for buildings / mechanical & electrical system \xc2\xb7 Liaise with appointed contractor and supplier to complete the assignment or project \xc2\xb7 Able to carry out M&E installation and repair work \xc2\xb7 Able to trouble-shooting building defect and request \xc2\xb7 Compile, collate and analyse operational data and recommend for improvement processes \xc2\xb7 Prepare all appropriate staff duty roster and annual leave \xc2\xb7 Discipline the staff if mis-conduct \xc2\xb7 Assist department to comply all authorities\' requirement \xc2\xb7 Mentor, coach & orientate new as well as existing staff in their roles & responsibilities towards the department goals \xc2\xb7 Technical support for event activities \xc2\xb7 Any other technical assignments as and when necessary from the department.
