Role Overview
The CEO will lead VTL's evolution from a lean operation into a structured, growth-oriented enterprise. The ideal candidate will have the vision and execution capability to build teams, diversify trading activities, and establish VTL as a credible regional player in materials trading, sports infrastructure, and artificial grass surface solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement VTL's strategic roadmap for growth and diversification.
Build the organization's structure, culture, and operational systems.
Drive regional expansion across Asia and develop new revenue lines.
Establish partnerships and business development pipelines in trading and sports infrastructure.
Develop investor confidence and corporate governance suitable for potential IPO.
Oversee all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the business.
Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in trading, distribution, or construction-related sectors.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader able to build from the ground up.
Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable managing P&L.
Track record in regional market development (Asia experience preferred).
Excellent relationship builder with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
