Responsibilities:
Overall leadership, strategic direction and sustainable performance of the organisation.
Drives quality of care, regulatory compliance, business growth, financial sustainability, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
Define, communicate and execute long-term vision, strategy and annual operating plan
Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term capital plans
Drive financial discipline, cost controls, and sustainable unit economics
Conduct business reviews, financial forecasting, risk analysis and scenario planning
Requirements:
MBA/Degree in Business
At least 15 years of experience in Healthcare environment
At least 3 years of experience in Management level, developing business and managing financials
