Job Responsibilities Develop value-creation strategies for the Company and shareholders . Assess value creation potential of strategies on ongoing basis . Focus on key issues by challenging important assumptions and rationale for changes in company performance and provide external reference points for value-creation opportunities . Plan and execute major transactions in line with corporate strategies Interface between the Board and Management . Provide board administration and support Public face of the Group . Investor/public relations . Government interactions . Physician and business partner engagement Leadership for C-suite . Lead and guide C-suite members in their roles and responsibilities . Implement strategy and plan for succession planning Corporate social responsibility . Meet ESG (environmental, social and governance) goals to ensure sustainability of the organization Business Plan Achievement . Achieve financial and growth targets approved by the Board in the annual budget and business plan Job Requirement . Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline . More than 10 years of experience in CEO or senior management position .
