Lead the front office business lines and back office functions to deliver the Group's strategy and commercial objectives;
Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business strategies and create new business plans for the Singapore office in line with Group's vision, mission and direction;
Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization;
Manage and control all aspects of the business lines and to ensure business activities are conducted within legal and regulatory requirements;
Lead and develop high performing teams across the organization and increase employee's engagement level;
Reporting to Head Office on business operations, corporate financial performance, and business critical issues and risks;
Build trust relations with key partners, clients and stakeholders.
Job Specification:
University Graduate and other professional qualification; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
At least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum 8 years in management role from banking or financial industry and demonstrated leadership and management abilities;
Good knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements and landscape in Singapore, experience in Southeast Asia market, capital markets and cross boarder M&A preferred;
* Excellent command on both written and spoken English and knowledge in both written and spoken Chinese.
