Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Provide financial leadership to support
international expansion
and new market entry.
Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, investment, and potential fundraising opportunities.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Track business unit performance (e.g., P&L, client profitability, revenue pipeline).
Provide insights on growth drivers, risks, and margin improvement opportunities.
3. Accounting, Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., Singapore GST/CPF, labor and tax requirements).
Establish strong internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
4. Operations & Efficiency
Design financial systems and reporting structures that scale with the company's growth.
Partner with COO to manage cost structures, optimize cross-border operations, and drive efficiency.
Negotiate with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
5 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, recruitment, or related industries.
Strong expertise in
financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management
.
Experience with
international finance operations
and multi-entity structures.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and tax regulations in Singapore and other APAC markets.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
