Lead Global Finance Function- Oversees all finance-related operations across CarUX's entities in Singapore, Taiwan, China, the Netherlands, and the US, supporting a workforce of approximately 7,000 employees. Financial Planning and Budgeting - Develops and implements group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic business growth. Compliance and Reporting - Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory standards across jurisdictions. Cross-border Tax and Treasury Management - Manages global tax strategy, intercompany transactions, and treasury operations to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance. IPO and Capital Market Readiness - Prepares the company for future capital market activities, including financial due diligence, restructuring, and investor communications. Investor Relations - Maintain communication with potential and existing investors to help them better understand the company, while ensuring transparency in communications with shareholders. Internal Controls and Risk Management - Establishes strong internal control frameworks and oversees financial risk management practices across the organization. Executive Leadership Support - Partners with the CEO and executive team in financial decision-making, investment evaluations, and business performance monitoring. Finance Team Leadership - Leads and develops regional finance teams, ensuring alignment and high performance across global operations. Qualification:


Global Top 10 MBA with experience in equity research or transaction team in investment bank/ M&A function in multinational group / Big 4 accounting firm
