Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of IPO and M&A matters for the company
- Responsible for all important financial transactions including borrowing, share issuance and share repurchases
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Treasury Management
- Develop Enterprise Risk Framework and manage business risks
- Work with management teams
- Oversee legal contracts
- Investor relations
- SGX reporting
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting.
- Experienced in the healthcare industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar industry.
