Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Coordinate with auditors, external advisors, and tax consultants

Assess and mitigate financial and operational risks
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Maintain appropriate internal controls and governance structures

Cash Flow & Capital Management

Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; MBA or CPA/CA preferred
At least
10-15 years of progressive finance experience
