Job Description

Develop and execute financial plans and budgets for the company's operations in Singapore and China. Formulated the international financial strategy of company and promoted its implementation Financial management and risk control management Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including regular forecasts and variance analysis Overseas fund planning and financing work of the Group of company and promote the group's overall internationalization strategy Partner with MDs of the region to provide financial support for strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost savings and growth opportunities Manage the finance team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership and executive team

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and commercial business partnering Prior Experience in oil / energy / petrochemical industry preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of delivering results and driving change in a complex, global organization Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting * the ideal candidate should be multilingual with proficiency in Mandarin being advantageous, as there will be a need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
