Job Description
Lead and execute Cordx's
financial strategy, planning, and global financial operations
to support growth and IPO readiness. Overseeconsolidation and reporting
of financial statements in compliance withSingapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
andSingapore Exchange (SGX)
listing requirements. Manageaudits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance
in line withAccounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
andMonetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
guidelines. Drivebudgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
across all regions. Partner closely with theCEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership
on IPO preparation, investor relations, and capital market strategies. Establish and maintainrobust financial systems, internal controls, and governance frameworks
suitable for a public-listed company in Singapore. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performingfinance and accounting teams
globally. Evaluatestrategic growth opportunities
, including M&A, partnerships, and capital structure optimization.Requirements
Experience:
Minimum12 years of progressive finance leadership experience
, including at least3 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role
, preferably withdirect IPO execution
experience. Strong knowledge ofSingapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
,ACRA
,MAS
, andSGX
reporting requirements. Solid background infundraising, investor relations, and capital market transactions
within Asia or global contexts. Demonstrated ability tobuild and optimize financial infrastructure
in fast-growing, multinational organizations. Professional qualifications such asCPA (Singapore), Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore), CFA, or MBA
are preferred. Exceptionalleadership, communication, and strategic decision-making
skills. * Experience inbiotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industries
will be an advantage.
