Description

Work for a high profile public sector organization based in West Singapore. Good opportunity to work closely with the CIO of a large institution with over 5,000 users and be their trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer CIO, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for the CIO function of this organization with over 5,000 users. Your role will cover the CIO budgeting, overseeing of Technology Project workplans, overseeing the people issues related to the CIO function.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with a strong understanding of the Chief Information Office (CIO) and have been responsible to oversee budgets of SG$100 Million (over multiple years). You have experience of IT portfolio management and of executive paper writing and reviewing. Candidates from Public sector or private sector may apply however if from the private sector they must have worked in an environment which requires patience as it is either regulated or involves corporate / industry procedures. You have experience of executive level Stakeholder engagement. Candidates with CIO office backgrounds or backgrounds as Head of Technology portfolio management will be most suitable.
