OVERVIEWChief Marketing Officer for an AI Agent enabler to support the web3 ecosystem.Due to significant upcoming milestones, we are transitioning from external agencies to building an internal team. Currently, in the middle of an investment round, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer with experience in Token Generation Events (TGE), token listings, and airdrop campaigns, as well as an understanding of Asian crypto markets, influencers, and communities. The ideal candidate should have a stress-resistant and resilient personality, and immediate availability is preferred due to a mid-January TGE timeline. The successful candidate will work directly with the founders and the existing VP of Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and boost community engagement
• Manage an in-house marketing team and external agencies
• Design and execute plans to reach community-size goals
• Ideate, launch, and optimise data-driven marketing campaigns
• Provide analytics to the management team

IDEAL TALENTQualifications

• 3+ years in marketing roles in top-tier crypto projects
• Experience in executing big token launches and KOL strategies
• Proficiency with analytics tools and AI marketing tools
• Experience setting up and managing successful airdrop initiatives
• Strong familiarity with the Telegram ecosystem and meme-coin landscape
• Proven success in managing KOL relationships
• Deep understanding of the crypto "degen" lifestyle and Web3 culture

• Design and execute community-building plans
• Ideate, launch, and optimise marketing campaigns
• Provide analytics to the management team
