Job Details
As CMO, you will lead the development and execution of our clinical strategy, oversee the standard of care across our physical and digital channels, and bridge Eastern medical wisdom with modern evidence-based practice. You will also be instrumental in guiding product development and scientific validation in our FMCG expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Governance & Standards:
Define and uphold consistent standards of care across all clinics and practitioners
Build, train, and lead a high-performing clinical team
Oversee licensing, compliance, and patient safety protocols
R&D & Product Innovation:
Advise on the formulation and scientific validation of TCM-based FMCG and nutraceutical products
Collaborate with R&D, branding, and regulatory teams to ensure claims integrity and market fit
Strategic Leadership:
Serve as clinical voice in the executive leadership team
Partner with CEO and COO on new clinic rollouts, medical hiring, and operational expansion
Represent the brand in medical panels, media, and partnerships as needed
Data & Outcomes:
Establish clinical KPIs, treatment outcome tracking, and continuous improvement loops
Champion data-informed care models with TCM + modern integrative health approaches
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
Medical degree in TCM or integrative medicine; board certification or local equivalent
Strong experience in clinical leadership roles, ideally across multi-site operations
Deep understanding of both traditional TCM principles and evidence-based healthcare models
Proven experience with regulatory compliance in Singapore or regional markets
Bonus:
FMCG, consumer health, or product innovation experience
Clinical experience across both East & Southeast Asia
Familiarity with clinical trials, product claim substantiation, and wellness branding
