Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage Company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting department, including international subsidiaries and third-party accounting services providers.
• Oversee Company\xe2\x80\x99s tax compliance in multiple countries.
• Treasury functions, including payroll support in subsidiaries.
• Assist CFO is risk-management, investigate potential tax consequences for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s transactions.
• Lead and manage the corporate services function, which includes AR/AP, billing, contracts, and tax records.
• Develop, update, and implement finance/accounting policies/SOPs, continuously supervising compliance with these policies and SOPs to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Skills and experience required:

• Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or finance, including proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.
• Experience in IT sector for at least 2 years is strongly required.
• Good IFRS knowledge, especially consolidation principles, is essential.
• MS Dynamics 365 and (or) Solomon experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) are nice to have.
• Experience with consolidated accounting, audit, and tax compliance for multi-country subsidiaries is desired.
• Good leadership skills, initiative to drive changes, ability to influence and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (B2) is a must. Bahasa knowledge is a plus.
