Job Summary

We are seeking a highly effective Chief of Staff with extensive commercial real estate experience to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO of Real Estate Management Services in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support a 35K+ team to reach half billion in revenue. Acting as a force multiplier to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and drive the segment's strategic initiatives, this role requires a highly organized, adaptable, and discreet professional who can manage complex projects, facilitate communication, and support decision-making at the highest level of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:



Work closely with the CEO to prioritize strategic initiatives in both a business line capacity for Real Estate Management Services in Asia Pacific, ensuring successful implementation of the strategy.

Prepare and review briefing materials for the CEO's meetings with clients, executives, and key stakeholders.

Conduct research and analysis on market trends and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making working closely with the entire Work Dynamics Executives and Property Management leadership.



Project Management:



Coordinate cross-functional projects related to new strategic initiatives, transformation or technology implementations.

Develop project plans, tracking progress and managing resources for the strategic implementation of the initiatives.

Support to identify and mitigate risks in strategic plans, resolving issues as they arise.



Communication and Liaison:



Act as a liaison between the CEO, Global REMS Board, APAC Work Dynamics Executives, APAC Property Management working in close partnership with the Communications team and the Chief of Staff to Global REMS CEO.

Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

Ensure effective information flow within the leadership team and across the business.



Meeting Management:



Coordinate and attend key meetings and conferences, preparing agendas and follow-up action items.

Facilitate executive team meetings and offsites, ensuring productive outcomes and alignment on strategy.



Operational Efficiency:



Streamline processes within the CEO's office to improve efficiency across leadership, operations and functions.

Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing time between client meetings, leadership responsibilities, and strategic planning working in close partnership with the CEO's EA.



Performance Monitoring:



Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business and coordinate input for Global REMS Board responsibilities as set by the Chief of Staff to Global REMS CEO.

Prepare regular reports on business performance, metrics, and progress against strategic objectives for board meetings and leadership communications.



Special Projects:



Lead special projects as required.



Reporting lines:



The role will report to the COO of APAC Work Dynamics and work closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant and other Analysts in the Operations team.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Masters preferred

10+ years of experience in similar disciplines

Good understanding of real estate or strategies

Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with highly sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Discretion, tact, and professional maturity when dealing with sophisticated stakeholders and market-sensitive information
