We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO in scaling operations, driving long-term strategy, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This role demands a versatile professional who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategic decision-making and hands-on operational execution, while optimizing organizational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Act as the CEO's trusted thought partner, contributing to major decisions, long-term strategy, and positioning relative to market trends and competitors.
Drive internal alignment on strategic initiatives, ensuring teams have clear direction, priorities, and systems for rapid execution.
Manage investor relations and inbound strategic partnership opportunities, fostering relationships that support company growth.
People & HR Operations
Oversee People Operations, onboarding, and employee administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class interview and onboarding experience.
Design and implement performance management systems, including OKRs, to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
Ability to process, synthesize, and prioritize large volumes of information across multiple domains.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interest in AI with curiosity for emerging trends and innovations.
