COO
to lead and optimize operations across our food and beverage business. This executive role is key to driving efficiency, quality, and growth across multiple outlets or service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, supply chain, and service delivery
Develop and execute operational strategies
Lead teams across multiple F&B units
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Support expansion and new business development
Requirements:
8+ years in F&B or hospitality leadership roles
Strong operational and financial management skills
Proven track record in multi-site or high-volume environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
