Job Description

Due to continued global expansion, we have a new opportunity for an experienced COO / Chief operating officer to join an established Oil trading company with head offices within Singapore.
The company is involved in the global trade of Bunkers / Marine fuel / Lubricants & Fuel Oil Cargo. With a team of experienced operations executives in Singapore and global offices, the company is seeking an experienced COO to join the team an implement global operational structure.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing compliance and due diligence processes and procedures across the business.
• Day to Day management of all operations personnel and activities across the Oil / Bunker / Marine Fuel & Fuel oil cargo trading activities.
• Oversight of the groups operational structure and development of new internal operations structure in coordination with senior management.
• Managing the operations team both in the head office in Singapore and global Satellite offices located across 12 countries.
• Negotiating corporate contracts with external partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in operations within the Oil and Gas trading sector.
• Previously held the responsibility of managing and structuring an international groups operations structure.
• Strong communicational and reporting skills to board of directors and shareholders.
• Experience in drafting and executing corporate compliant operations documents.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin would be beneficial)
