Here is what you are expecting to be doing:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure business efficiency and effectiveness. Identify, plan, and execute strategic business initiatives to drive revenue growth. Oversee all aspects of the company's daily operations, including finance, marketing, human resources, and customer service. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports on company performance, including financial and operational metrics. Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans. Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and growth. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Skills that will help you in this role:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fluent in English and Mandarin; experienced in collaborating with international teams. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a COO or similar leadership role within the SaaS, consulting, or sustainability sector. Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and financial management capabilities. Deep commitment to environmental sustainability and the reduction of carbon emissions.
