Chief Security Officer (CSO)
$3800 to $4000 (Office hours, Sunday off)
Location : Marina (Commercial Building)
Duties
1. Overall in charge of a big site with 20 to 30 security manpower.
2. Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements. Good in technology implementation like video analytics; body worn cameras, motion detector, vehicle management system, etc.
3. Day shift - Mon to Fri; Sat - half day; Off on Sunday & PH. Office hours.
4. Job duties include manpower planning & deployment, leading the team, conduct daily briefing, answer emails from clients/helpdesk, prepare various management reports, fulfill KPI.
5. Possess valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS. Prefer from the uniform group (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc). Retired uniform personnel are welcome.
6. Be the main contact point between security team and MA/Client; Work with clients closely and carry out instructions according to SOP.
7. Put up incident reports, compile daily weekly/monthly reports and various management reports. Good in computer skills.
8. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job. Conduct regular refresher courses on customer service, handling fire alarm, emergencies, Bomb threats, suspicious person & objects, etc.
9. Attend management meetings & prepare minutes; give suggestion for improvement of services.
