Chief Steward

The Chief Steward is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles. Stewarding ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the \xe2\x80\x9cheart of house\xe2\x80\x9d clean and safe.

As a Chief Steward, he/she ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment, maintaining an inventory of supplies while adhering to budget.
