We are a leading exchange platform preparing for a U.S. IPO. We are looking for a highly experienced
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
to join our leadership team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have
Wall Street investment banking experience
, with a proven track record in
fundraising, investor relations, and U.S. IPO execution
.
This role requires not only strong financial and strategic capabilities but also excellent
storytelling and communication skills
to articulate our vision to global investors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

IPO & Fundraising
Lead and manage the company's U.S. IPO preparation and execution process.
Develop fundraising strategies and work with global investors, venture capital, and institutional partners.
Collaborate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and successful listing.
Investor Relations & Storytelling
Craft and deliver compelling corporate narratives and investor presentations.
Conduct roadshows and represent the company in Wall Street and other global financial hubs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and strategic partners.
Corporate Strategy & Growth
Define and refine corporate strategy aligned with IPO and long-term business goals.
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and business models.
Work closely with CEO, CFO, and senior leadership on strategy execution.
Requirements
----------------
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience
, ideally with a top-tier U.S. investment bank.
Direct experience in leading or advising on
U.S. IPO transactions
.
Strong track record in
fundraising, investor relations, and corporate storytelling
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both institutional investors and regulators.
Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency a plus for cross-border investor engagement.
Based in Singapore, with flexibility to travel internationally.

: SGD 20,000 - 25,000 / month
