Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven growth and innovation. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain market leadership.

2. Product & Technology Development

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software and technology solutions. Lead architecture decisions ensuring robustness, security, and scalability. Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align technical capabilities with customer and market needs.

3. Team Leadership & Management

Build and mentor a high-performing technology team (engineering, IT, data, cybersecurity). Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Establish strong development processes, tools, and best practices.

4. Security & Compliance

Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement robust risk management and disaster recovery strategies.

5. Operational Excellence

Define and monitor KPIs to measure technology performance and delivery efficiency. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning effectively.

6. Innovation & Research

Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, etc.) and assess their potential impact on business. Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced management education is a plus.

Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles. Proven track record of building and scaling tech platforms or products. Strong experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, and modern tech stacks. Previous experience in FinTech, SaaS preferred.
