Oversee the smooth daily operations and administration of the centre.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders
Develop and review teaching and learning approaches, practices and resources.
Marketing of the Centre and enrolment of students
Conducts class supervision and quarterly appraisals with teachers
Leadership in mentoring and building overall competencies in teachers
Plans and prepares reports as required by Management.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Management
Requirements:
Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching and Leadership (DECCE - T & L) preferably with Degree in Early Childhood Education
At least 3 years of relevant experience of teaching and managing a centre.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Experience in staff supervision and evaluation and in budget development and administration.
Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
