Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the classroom management and routine care duties to have a safe and conducive learning environment for the children
- Able to impart the company\'s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Curriculum to support the children\'s learning and development
- Proactive and deliberate in building positive partnerships with families, community, colleagues and stakeholders
- Passionate in nurturing the children with trusting relationship through the 3R\'s interaction: Respectful, Responsive & Reciprocal
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T)/ Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (CECCE)
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and within a team
