The client, with Childcare Service Provider, is looking for Admin Officer to join their team.

Challenges
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with relevant departments and government bodies, agencies
  • Process of centre applications
  • Handle ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time-to-time
  • Track and collect school fees
  • Perform banking
  • Prepare payment voucher and other claims
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports
  • To inculcate by example and percept, team spirit, good working habits and a responsible and caring attitude for children and fellow colleagues
  • To interpret and give information on childcare programmes and policies to members
What it Takes:
  • Min GCE O level, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, initiative, a team player, able to work independently and meet challenges
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and proficient in both Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel
  • Some knowledge of basic accounting is required
