The job scope as a teacher is defined but not limited to the following: . Be fully responsible for the daily running of the class. . Be a team player especially to work harmoniously with other employees. . Preparation of lesson plans and carrying out all activities conducted up to the standards as deemed acceptable to the Principal . Personal reflection of lesson using lesson evaluations . Designing and setting up of the various learning environment for the children. . Ensure the well-being of the children, especially their health, safety and hygiene . Ensure full implementation of planned Centre's Curriculum organised by the Centre. . To prepare and if necessary create own teaching materials to enhance the learning and development of the children. . Conduct Parents Teachers Conference, Open House, and any other sharing sessions with parents. . Participate in promotional and marketing activities by the Centre, out of work hours inclusive of weekends such as interviews, workshops, seminars and production of media presentation etc to help maintain and increase the existing capacity. . Any other duties deem necessary for the smooth operation of the Centre.
