Job description:
l Pre-departure guidance for China students
l Handle student arrival and living matters
l Be familiar with the school route and take students to familiarize themselves with school campus and surrounding
l Assist students with bank account opening
l Respond to emergency issues promptly
l Respond to queries from parents and students in communication group
l Organise bonding programmes for international students every month
l Bring potential customers on campus tour
l Assist students to view properties
l Assist students living in company's apartments to resolve property problems.
l Handle other tasks assigned by the company
l Required to work on weekends
Education:
Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Relevant: 1 year
