Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Chinese Language Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality language instruction and support to students enrolled in our program. As an Associate Chinese Language Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and collaborate with other members of our instructional team to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality Chinese language lessons to a diverse group of students.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor student attendance and participation
- Collaborate with other language tutors and staff to develop effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese language.
- Degree/Diploma in Chinese language, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching Chinese language, preferably in a formal classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Familiarity with MOE syllabus.
