Barker Road Methodist Church Little Lights Preschool invites passionate and committed individuals to join our newly opened childcare centre at Vanda Road and to make a difference in the learning and development of children under our care.: Role model value, respect and tolerance towards each child's social, cultural and religious background Using a variety of teaching strategies and age-appropriate practices, ensure high quality learning of children Participate in own professional progression and career development through trainings and development programme Maintain positive collaborations and communication with parents and support centre-parent partnershipJob Requirements: At least 2 years relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood The candidate should hold a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood or Education or equivalent, which is tained from a recognised institution Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry-based learning is required Diploma in Montessori Teaching will be an added advantage Applicants must provide original copies of their Certificates and academic transcripts for authentication Certified by ECDA at L2 Level Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word Able to work independently and also a team player Good command of English or Mandarin - verbal and written Attend courses, if required
