Roles & Responsibilities
1. Wash work tables, meat blocks, cupboards, walls and appliances and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
2. Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and storage areas.
3. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage and work areas.
4. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
5. Preparing ingredients, washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
6. Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
7. Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils.
8. Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed.
9. Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head Chef / Management.
