Job Scope:



Chinese Sous Chef



Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Support development of new menu items or recipes under the guidance of the chef. Assist in kitchen operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Cafe Chef



Assist in preparing and cooking cafe style foods. Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Support daily operations, including shift and weekend duties.

Japanese Junior Chef



Assist in preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine. Follow hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Support kitchen operations and handle shift and weekend duties.



Requirements:



Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
