' ' ' ' - Observe and record periodically each child's developmental growth ' ' ' ' Ensure the well-being of children in the Centre, especially their health, safety and hygiene ' - ' ' ' Communicate effectively with Parents by daily communicating on Taidii system, organizing and/or conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House and other sharing sessions that enhance Parent-Centre partnership ' Taidii - ' ' / - ' - ' - ' Work closely and harmoniously with colleagues and Principal in the class in carrying out the duties Attend all related meetings and participate in team planning sessions. Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continuing professional development. - Perform other tasks or duties of childcare staff in the Centre ' ' ' - - Education & Experience ' ' ' Candidates must possess L2 Cert Certified by ECDA ECDA 'L2 At least 2 years of related working experience in Singapore is required ' 2 - ' Job Requirements ' Passion, creative and inspiring with positive energy - - ' ' Compliance with company rules and regulations ' Strong ability to design and set up meaningful classroom environments Creative and artistic teaching abilities/skills (singing, dancing, art, speech & drama, photography etc.) will be an advantage ' ' ' '' - Excellent communication skills and open to new ideas and feedback ' - ' ' ' Able to work well independently as well as within a team ' Applicable to Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents(No S Pass Quota) - ' ' - ' S Pass/WP Salary and other allowances - ' 14 days AL, Performance Salary 14 ' Salary and other allowances are offered based on individuals' qualification, experience, teaching skills and workability - ' ' - ' ' '
