:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Traditional Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various styles of Chinese dance, including classical and folk forms, and will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels.Responsibilities: * Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging dance curriculum that incorporates traditional Chinese dance techniques, history, and culture.

• Class Instruction: Conduct dance classes for various skill levels, ensuring that all students receive personalized attention and instruction to develop their skills.
• Performance Preparation: Prepare students for performances, including choreography creation, rehearsals, and stage presence training.
• Cultural Education: Teach students about the cultural significance and history of the styles of dance being taught, fostering an appreciation for Chinese culture.
• Progress Assessment: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Event Participation: Organize and participate in school events, performances, and competitions to showcase student talents.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding class schedules, student progress, and upcoming events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dance instructor, particularly in traditional Chinese dance.
• Strong knowledge of various styles including, but not limited to, Han, Tang, and minority ethnic dances.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• Degree in Dance, Arts, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of dance health and safety practices.
