Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
  • Be ambassadors of our mission \xe2\x80\x93 to enable our community to live life at its fullest
  • Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
  • Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
  • Maintain and update client database
  • Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
  • Participate in corporate events (if required)
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
  • Believe in the mission \xe2\x80\x93 to enable our community to live lift at its fullest
  • Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
  • Confident and fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or working in clinics is preferred
