A renowned Singaporean HQ professional services organization is looking to appoint a CHRO for their Singapore office, with a focus on M&A, Integration, Org Design, Exec Comp, Performance & Reward, HR function leadership.Job description
Reporting to the CEO of Singapore, this individual will be responsible for CEO and C-suite HR consulting and advisory, partnering circa 400 employees across all areas of the organization. This individual will lead the HR team of circa 10 people (HR & office mgt). This is a all encompassing strategic and hands on HR Lead role, working closely with the PE backed investors, Group HR on group wide projects within a company that has grown extensively through acquisition.You will be joining the organization at a time of growth and change driven by an entrepreneurial leader. Key priorities include; M&A, integration, organization design / operating model reviews and culture building and change. With the organization being PE backed, the individual has to be very comfortable with numbers given the performance focus, with the ability to embed KPI\xe2\x80\x99s related to executive compensation and company-wide performance & rewards.The successful candidate
This individual will have likely started their career in Reward & Performance and/or Executive Comp Consulting and transitioned to become a Senior HR BP, Head of HR / CHRO \xe2\x80\x93 ideally already operating in Country Head of HR / CHRO role, with a strong performance, growth and change mindset, and the ability to help define and drive the next exciting chapter of the organization. This is a unique opportunity given the potential to partner with the PE investors and broader group, within a pacey and consultative, performance driven environment. This organization are also open to a high potential Head of HR, is ready for their first CHRO role, if they are comfortable managing experienced HR teams and have a track record consulting and advising leadership directly.What\xe2\x80\x99s on offer
