Position Overview
TSCO & IB Operations is dedicated to supporting our business in their goal to build long-term, sustainable relationships with the Bank's key institutional clients, while delivering strong returns to stakeholders.
TSCO & IB Operationsin DKS Manila covers a wide range of activities. Following the buying and selling of financial products and services by the bank, we ensure that each transaction is captured accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective risk management, cleared, documented and confirmed, settled and reconciled, all within a tightly controlled environment in adherence with global regulatory requirements. We support the following operations:
Debt Trading (FI) , FX and Derivatives
Markets Clearing & Collateral Management (MCCM)
Regulatory and Control Cross Product Operations (RCP)

TheCIB Operationsteam are recognized as key to business profitability, playing a crucial role in managing & delivering value to the Clients by establishing a strong risk & controls environment.
We are looking for a Programs and Project Management Lead who will oversee the over-all aspects of projects within CIB Operation including identifying deadlines, responsibilities, resources and track progress of the projects.

Your key responsibilities
Formulate, organize and monitor projects
Review processes if they are fit for automation, and be responsible for creation of process design documents/ solution design documents for connectivity between underlying applications
Review and perform assessment of Solution Design Documents to ensure alignment to Finance Architecture and Design principles
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate cross-project activities
Apply change & risk management principles
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Continually develop leadership skills
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or equivalents
Proven experience in process automation development, leading and managing programs including but not limited to systems implementation, efficiency, automation and transition management gained from the Financial Services, Banking and BPO industry
Proven experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices and seeing projects through the full life cycle
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall & AGILE and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Visio
Experience of working with Alteryx , Xceptor , RPA, Python, Tableau, VB is an advantage
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
