We're looking for a

fun, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Manager

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate your team to deliver awesome guest experiences Oversee daily operations -- from planning, and administration of all cinemas, adhering to operational procedures and standards. Keep things running smoothly -- schedules, shifts, training, and team spirit Implement initiatives to address undesirable situations, such as high staff turnover, and customer complaints. Work closely with the Manager on events, promotions, and exciting launches

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service (supervisory experience is a bonus!) Great people skills -- friendly, confident, and team-oriented Able to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours. Positive attitude with a passion for movies and service
