The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and the technical skills to produce high-quality video content. You will be responsible for capturing and editing, videos that aligns with our client\xe2\x80\x99s visions and our brand\'s promise.What you can offer to us..

• Creative Conceptualisation: Collaborate with directors and producers to interpret and elevate the creative vision for each project. Develop visual styles, including lighting, color palettes, camera angles, and shot composition.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Propose new and creative approaches to filming and editing, continuously pushing the boundaries of what\xe2\x80\x99s possible to enhance the storytelling process.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Equipment Operation and Setup: Select and operate various cameras and lenses, determining the optimal camera positions, movements, and framing for each shot to effectively tell the story.
• Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas for video content and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and refinements of video content to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer with a strong portfolio that showcases your versatility and expertise.
• Deep understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound design.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• A passion for creative expression and a desire to continually push creative boundaries.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve is a (Bonus)

Who We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in videography, with a diverse portfolio that includes work across events, commercials, social media, and branded content.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with a range of camera and lighting equipment.
• Versatility and agility, with the ability to manage productions of varying scales.
• A keen sense of taste and aesthetics, with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
