Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Work closely with our Environment Health Safety & Sustainability, Supply Chain, Procurement and Brand Marketing Teams (Huggies, Kotex and Kleenex) on projects to achieve our corporate sustainability goals.
Executing sustainability projects and partnerships in line with the company\'s strategic goals and objectives
Driving communication and statutory reporting for key projects
Monitoring the regulatory landscape (ex: EPR Legislation and its impacts)
Work with us as we design ways in which we monitor and track data (dashboards)
Running pilot projects with the aim to commercialize them.
Essential Requirements:
Pursuing a Master\'s degree or a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Some past experience in circular economy, design thinking, business consulting, development sector research and consulting, inclusive business models, program management, or related/equivalent domains.
Some prior experience in the sustainability/ESG space with and understanding of how the regulatory environment shapes our product pipeline.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data and present different scenarios with meaningful insights.
Proficiency in development of concise reports, presentations and concept notes
Good interpersonal skills for interactions with various internal stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel specifically)
